Alvys becomes the TMS home for Optym's existing LoadOps customers. Optym will focus its resources on its optimization products, namely LoadAi. Alvys will continue to focus on being the system of record and workflow while enabling agentic workflows through its recently launched Alvys Foundry. For Optym, the move sharpens the company's focus on the optimization work it set out to do.
